BACKGROUND
Mike joined PeakEquity as Vice President and Controller in March of 2021, and in July 2021 became Chief Financial Officer. He holds the same position for Milestone Partners. Prior to joining PeakEquity, he was CFO and CCO for Element Partners for 12 years and also served as Controller for Inverness Capital. In addition to his private equity roles, Mike held various audit, accounting, and financial positions at Saint-Gobain Corporation. While at Saint-Gobain, he completed a three-year assignment in Paris where he performed audits of subsidiaries throughout Europe, Africa, and North America. Mike started his career as a certified public accountant in the Philadelphia office of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
EDUCATION
Mike graduated from Widener University with a B.S. in Accounting.
INTERESTS
Mike was born and raised in the Philadelphia area and is an avid fan of all Philadelphia sports teams. Mike enjoys working out, traveling and spending time with his family “down the shore.” On weekends in the summer, you can find Mike running the boardwalk in Ventnor, NJ.
