Senior Associate

Dan joined PeakEquity in 2021 and brings experience in investment banking. Dan assists the senior team of PeakEquity across all aspects of the firm’s business.

BACKGROUND

Dan was previously an analyst in the technology and services group at Raymond James where he was involved in M&A and capital raising engagements for clients across the software, financial services and IT solutions sectors. Prior to joining Raymond James, Dan was an analyst at J.P. Morgan focused on middle market credit transactions across a variety of sectors.

EDUCATION

Dan earned his BBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.

INTERESTS

Dan likes to stay active, whether it’s improving his golf game, exploring new restaurants and bars in Philadelphia, or reliving his glory days as a collegiate athlete on the soccer field. As a Pennsylvania native, after living in Atlanta for many years, Dan has remained a loyal Philadelphia sports fan. Dan also enjoys spending time with family and friends whenever he can.
