PeakEquity Partners (“PeakEquity”), an enterprise software focused private equity firm with offices in Philadelphia, PA and New York, NY, has announced two personnel promotions and an addition in 2018. D.J. Andrzejewski and Justin Reger have been promoted to Partner. Noah Ehrich joined PeakEquity as an Associate.

D.J. Andrzejewski joined PeakEquity in 2014 shortly after the firm was founded. He has over 12 years of private equity investing experience and was involved in PeakEquity’s investments in EnterpriseDB, G5, Valiant and CareerArc. He currently serves on the boards of EnterpriseDB and CareerArc. Prior to PeakEquity, D.J. was on the investment team at Stripes Group, a New York based growth equity firm. At Stripes, D.J. sourced and executed investments across a variety of software and technology sectors including SaaS, B2B & B2C Internet, and Mobile. D.J. began his career at Milestone Partners, a Philadelphia based private equity firm focused on leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations of middle market businesses.

Justin Reger joined PeakEquity as a Principal in 2017. He has nearly 20 years of experience, with the last 13 years focused on private equity investing in the technology sector. He helped lead PeakEquity’s investment of Xeeva and currently serves on the boards of Xeeva and G5. Prior to PeakEquity, Justin spent nine years at LLR Partners, most recently leading their enterprise application software practice, and was involved with multiple platform investments ranging from growth capital financings to majority recapitalizations. Justin was also in the investment banking practice at Citigroup advising private equity firms on leveraged buyouts in a variety of industries. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the firm’s audit practice and later led advisory engagements around M&A transactions and forensic investigations.

Noah Ehrich joined PeakEquity as an Associate in 2018. Noah was previously an associate at Milestone Partners where he was responsible for evaluating new investment opportunities and providing support for portfolio companies. Noah began his career as an investment banking analyst at GCA Advisors (formerly GCA Savvian). His experience at GCA Advisors included M&A and private capital advisory across a variety of industries including software, digital media, and tech-enabled services.
